      Pros

      Flexibility with the work schedule. Product team works well with engineering team to bring the right features to the customers.

      Cons

      I see no growth as an employee at the company. No employee training programs for career advancement. Middle management is not great.

      The company is very good at selling its software

      Cons

      Company is making huge profits but continues to drive the employees into the ground. Whenever there is a chance the employees can make their bonuses they change the rules to ensure they cant get their bonus.

      I am surprised by your message. It's true we are doing very well...and as a result, we've had a great track record of paying bonuses generously for the past several years. Of course, we do pay for performance and goal achievement, so there is some differentiation.
