      Pros

      It’s a great experience working at Genesys: open culture, many talented people and opportunities to learn and grow. The leadership team has s strong focus growing the company and making Genesys one of the best place to work.

      Pros

      Very transparent and open culture. Employees are passionate about the customer engagement space. Management team is focused on making Genesys one of the top places to work as well as customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      Genesys continues to make a lot of changes. Goal is to continue to increase market share in the customer engagement market. If you do not like change, Genesys probably is not a good place for you.
