      Pros

      Joined Genesys recently, and I already feel I've been working here for as long as most of my colleages, thanks to my uber cool team and friendly HR. The workspace ambience is beautiful and has employee friendly amenities.

      Cons

      None so far. Hopefully things stay that way.

      Pros

      The work environment is too good. Knowledge transfer sessions about the product from the seniors are very clear and precise. No strict hierarchy is followed. The managers are from the technical side hence they understand the complexity of the work assigned to each individual. The company offers training about the latest trending technologies every quarter. There are fun activities and sports tournaments every month. Employees are awarded and appreciated every quarter for their work done during critical situations.

      Issues related to personal work equipment are not solved immediately which creates stress
