      Pros

      Genesys listens to their employees. One employee survey revealed a need for training and personal growth. The company responded with an increase in number of trainings and webinars on personal growth..

      Cons

      Employees even on the same floor don't know one another and the fact that we occupy several floors attribute to some fragmentation. To balance this, the company has activities such as happy hours, bagel breakfasts which bring employees together.

      Pros

      It's a profitable company with the culture to be the best in their market but also for their customer. There are a lot of opportunity to work on latest technology. The possibiliyt to work at home help to have a good balance between professionnal and private life

      Cons

      In small office it's difficult to have opportunity to progress or change position. Also with the time shift we don't have a lot of time to work with NA work mate (or we should work late ...but at home is possible :-)). And finally we are not aware of news/change on going, specially if our management doesn't communicate on this aspect

      Relaxed and comfortable working environment which leaves lots of room for personal growth and self starting possibilities to learn and further career. Great people to work with and approachable management.

      Cons

      home offices and satelite offices can seem quite disconnected from head office in Daly City.
