      Market leader Feels like a startup, expanding and growing through innovations and acquisitions Great culture, fun people, many very smart Senior management accessible Easy access to HQ

      Cons

      HQ is in Daily City (not san francisco), so there isn't much going on (e.g., restaurants) around it

      Genesys offers an environment where you can get opportunities to grow, extend your knowhow, be in contact easily with management learning and listening and contributing with your field experience

      Cons

      Genesys is a dynamic company in a trasformation process to grow on different market segment. Genesys has a wide portfolio product and solutions and need spend time to be able to learn and understand everything. My feeling working in Genesys is to be always a student to prepare some exam and your teacher that give you the vote are our customer. This require a lot of effort and passion

      Pros

      Company culture is very special. People are very passionate about customer service, customer experience, and contact center. Good teamwork and focus on customer success. People stay because they love it here. Most people I've seen leave the company have regretted it.

      Cons

      Overall no real cons. Occasionally you have some politics, some disagreements but much less then any other similar-sized tech company.
