      Pros

      I work for the professional services in Genesys Chennai CoE. Great work life balance. Management is too good. Managers are so friendly and responsive. All employees are treated equally. So far I haven't noticed any kind of politics like service based organizations. HR personnel are also too friendly. You can easily reach out to HR for any sort of concerns and they are always available to help you get to comfort zone.

      Nothing. I have been writing here close to an year now. I haven't noticed any cons so far.
