Cons
One of the main challenges is to keep up with your peers in terms of knowledge, everyone is well prepared, always learning new stuff and challenging others with proposals or different ways of doing thing. In some roles traveling is part of the job and sometimes is though to deal with it. It's not an "up or out" company but you can not "make yourself comfortable" in a role; continuous improvement is mandatory.
