      Pros

      Great people, Vision of company, commitment to customer success, large portfolio to work with, Executive support and willingness to help. Fast paced environment where change is embraced, company will work to change on a dime as opposed to turning around like a cruise ship. Terrific solutions that span contact center, social, mobile, offered OnPremise and in the Cloud.

      Cons

      Like any company which is evolving, improvement needed around operational excellence. On a positive note, the company realizes this and is working to improve.

      The potential for growth in Genesys is tremendous. The people, from high level executives to peers, are all very friendly and willing to help new folks like me.

      Cons

      Like with every company that is growing, there are a few kinks to iron out.
