      Pros

      Very positive attitude by all that work their. Great facilities, especially compared to other local employers. Enjoy coming to work everyday. Challenged in all aspects of the job but it is always rewarded and noted. Very flexible working hours.

      Satellite offices can feel a bit disconnected from main Daly City office

      Pros

      I joined Genesys in February, 2014. With this company, my life has changed completely - I met new friends, gained professional experience I didn't have in all companies I worked for before combined. Even though this is a huge company, I feel that I am as important as anyone from Senior Management, as all employees are being treated equally. I would totally recommend this company for all professionals who would want to make an exciting career.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel that this company pays too much attention to corporate culture, which is not a big issue at all, as it can happen everywhere.

      Pros

      No micro management and treated very fairly and also supported, first organisation I have worked for where the VP of sales have an open door policy and ask how you are getting on. People are great very friendly and always willing to help or find help for you, training provided on a regular basis in US and Europe. Very professional environment with some witty banter thrown in for good measure. Marketing department that actually generate qualified leads. Flexible with working from home or in the office. Social gatherings after off site and on site group meetings encouraged, hard work is expected but the rewards have exceeded even my expectations.
