It was always a pleasure to represent the suite of Genesys products, given their relevance and quality. The management team was transparent and fair with employees. Employees were very professional and committed to one another.

Cons

Like most companies, Genesys is in business to maximize its value to its owners. You are an asset, just like a piece of hardware. When competitive pressures or cost-cutting efforts are in play, the empathetic leadership story wears a little thin. That's not a thing you can control. Just do your job and love your co-workers until time's up.

awesome teams and constantly learning. tons of flexibility and the ability to take time off to really disconnect which is encouraged by management. The benefits are not bad either. CEO Tony Bates has a great vision for the company and does a good job communicating with all levels of the business

Cons

There are a lot of organizational changes happening which can cause some internal confusion.
