      Pros

      Excluding management, team environment is wonderful. Overall corporate communication and involvement is wonderful. Executives seem to genuinely care. Great collaboration within the teams. Good work/life balance. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Poor management with favoritism and politics ruined an environment that was symbiotic but is now toxic. Micromanagement. Decline in medical benefits. Poor communication, processes change with no communication to the teams using the process. Declining emphasis on team environment/team building from middle management.
