People are nice, you have decent autonomy in your job and even opportunities when you work hard. Stable leadership team.

Cons

People are leaving left and right because of 1) Low salary across the board, minimal raises (barely above inflation rates) 2) No Equity. Private Equity owned means that only the top 1% get stocks. 99% of SaaS companies, in current market conditions, will offer a better package. Why settle for less? 3) Not a fun place to work for. Motto is "work hard, work hard". Except during special sales events or in specific locations. 4) Zero talent management. (for the HR reading, no dishonest feedback please) 5) Customers come last (or just before employees).

- Good people to work with, some really smart people - Coffee machine on 7th floor

Cons

- Average pay - Unlimited vacation policy basically means you never get any vacation time or accrue any payable amount - They have stopped granting options, so overall package is worse than what you might make at a small startup
