A lot of free time. Depending on project. Make sure if you have free time, you use it to learn more about any industry you want to get in, because Genpact is not the future. Believe me. After maximum 2 years either you quit or they fire you

Cons

Ghost promotions, they say they promote you with no written proof and they dont pay you for it for at least 6 months and then you have to discuss salary. Advice: don't get promoted! It's a headache. Quality matters, quantity not that much, stay under radar. Emails are useless, you have meetings in 5 mins no notice, your managers either are racist or dont do any work but also complain when you do the same. Not all, mine was good but everyone elses was horrible. Its a good place to learn stuff on the side, not a career
