Genpact Sr. process associate reviews

1. No proper communication to the employees because employees doesn’t get Genpact mail ID. 2. Management is at worst, doesn’t know how to interact with their employees, will only make people’s life harder everyday. 3. If anybody want to learn micromanagement, join this company you will only get to learn it from here. 4. Annual & sick leaves are meant to yours which is included in the contract, but have to beg to get a leave. 5. All I got is mentally stress and exhausted working here. 6. Anyone looking for a job, I would strongly recommend to wait for a bit more rather than joining here.

*not suitable for freshers in terms of financial and professional growth *very low salary for freshers. Like you won't be able to survive without anyone helping if you want to live comfortably and I am not talking about lavishly just comfortable. *employee isolation if you land in a bad process. Had worked in one for about 2 years. Very stressful environment, no access to any genpact sites to get an out from the process without letting the toxic management of there know prior to even trying to get out.
