At least every year there is a new branding and change in focus for the company. For a technology company the internal systems are lacking for employee usage - no way for US employees to search for all available jobs. Internal communications are confusing and are sent to everyone not only those people that are targeted

My immediate supervisor and team were very collaborative and helpful in assisting with the learning of new skills and the sharing of ideas. I had the opportunity to gain many job skills that I may not have otherwise been exposed to. Also, we were permitted to work remotely which was huge plus! Good work/life balance.

Cons

Overseas team was challenging to collaborate with and it seemed as though upper management always favored them even though their talents were not up to par with the US based team. Raises and bonus structure was meager as was opportunities for advancement (promotion).
