      Pros

      Top leadership team is phenomenal. They are tireless and driven. Each and every one has rolled up their sleeves and done nearly every job. The credentials, intelligence and skill are in tune with the new economy. These people motivate by example.

      Cons

      Entrepreneurial and fast moving environment requires 24/7/365 commitment. If you are not motivated and don’t love what you do, it is the wrong place. Forget structure and don’t look to be told what to do. It is expected that you know and can navigate.

Tremendous amount of learning, cross region collaboration and flexible shift timings were very helpful for me to manage work-life balance 3. Got a change to move to Genpact LLC now to serve key business clients. Will help me in enhancing my lifestyle and career both. Thank you Genpact for everything.

      1. There are no cons I have faced in Genpact in past 10 years except the admin work and dependency on different departments. 2. HR, FP&A and other support functions sometimes takes longer than normal to provide support.
