The pros are that this is a great organization to start your career. The never ending learning tools will keep you preoccupied here all the time.There is lot of opportunities to grow here.

Cons

To be honest the pay packages aren't the best in the IT industry if compared to other MNCs in India. If you are willing to take the challenges then you can grow in this organization else your career may also become stagnant.

Working enviorment provided here for employees is best amongst any organization in any sector. No one can provide such a culture and enviornment.
