Genpact immediate team supervisor changed 5 times within year. No company goals except to add more bodies in seats with their clients. Genpact HR Leadership, is not located on site, and is totally unresponsive to employee questions - stonewalls you. Overwhelming bias toward promoting personnel from Genpact's home country - India. Lack of leadership support and little real interest in employees. Pay is low. If you have any other job opportunities, pass on Genpact.

-HR department is a nightmare. Requests are always ignored, delayed and don't keep their promises. HR will arrogantly pretend to know it all but actually knows nothing. -Junior analyst/assistant manager level employee are hard working and knows their domain. However, managers are always managing projects that they know nothing about and always communicating the wrong message to clients. -work life balance is bad as they expect you to work non-stop and sometimes wanted to prevent you from taking vacations that are approved months ago since they could not turn around the project.
