This company is completely disorganized, with no clear structure or processes in place. If you're a worker based in Europe, it can be dangerous to work here because they shift all operations to India after a brief transition period. They exploit the poverty of Indian workers by requiring them to work an excessive number of overtime hours under immense pressure. Additionally, they lack transparency when it comes to layoffs, only informing employees at the last minute, leaving them no time to prepare. Salaries are low, and the overall work culture shows a blatant disregard for employees' well-being. I strongly recommend avoiding this company unless major changes are made to how they treat their workforce.

Forced to go to this company from my previous employer as my prior was outsourcing my job to Genpact. They give the illusion of supplying training but a lot of busy work and I found India colleagues to use a lot of AI to complete training assignments as there was a lot of exact duplicate answers. In 15 mos I spoke one on one to supervisor twice. Trained my India colleagues and then was let go after 15 mos. Very unorganized.
