Great pay and benefits. Never was micromanage and worked on a great team.
Cons
When a project is over, the company leaves it up to you to find a new project or position within the company. The company has hundreds of jobs posted but management or HR will not help you find a new position. If you don't find a position within 60 days, HR will put you on a PIP to find another position within 30 days. I contact my manager and set up meetings but no response. I applied for every position within my salary band and even positions outside of my band every day. No one assisted until 5 days before I was terminated and unfortunately I wasn't able to find a new project in time so I was terminated for not being able to find a billable project after 5 years of employment.
