Pros

Very poor workplace, hiring convex secretly and not passing them on drug test, lying in the recruitment meeting to future employees to get them inside the position, and then the icing on the cake was finding out my fellow coworker was sleeping with our manager so she could pass her metrics. It was so unethical.

Cons

Pay I guess. No benefits

Pros

- Work from home - Flexible hours - Learning opportunities

Cons

- Salary is not comparable to what market standard is (too low) - Yearly incremental increases are not adjusted for current market - As an employee of a company that merged with Genpact, I feel that the processes we had are not integrating well. Our vertical has suffered due to the lack of support and Genpact’s inability to adapt and change(even though it is a motto). There was a reason they bought our company, we are good at our jobs! Yet it took over 4 years to financially integrate, all of our VPs left for a competitor at once, and we are still sorting things out. I have been with Genpact since the merger in 2017 and was with the previous company since 2015.

Pros

Good salary and flexibility for work from home

Cons

- Middle management will make commitments and investments with no business plan or real strategy then fire employees who don't deliver on their poorly thought out plans - On multiple occasions, employees fired right before bonus time so bosses can pad their "discretionary" bonus - All their energy is spent on writing air tight contracts because they know company will under perform with customer sor partners - Company consistently loses money on big deals because they over promise and under deliver - Not really a technology company, everything is solved by outsourcing bodies in India at a cheaper cost
