Pros

Every process has their own timings, work pressure, rules, RTO and bonus. It varies as per the client. Genpact provide full linkdin learning access for all their employees as they promote learning.

Cons

They dont provide AC in their cabs. I dont know why but when I asked to the cab driver they said genpact does not provide AC in their cabs and pay less as compared to other MNC'S.
