      Pros

      Okay training and valuable experience learning how to deal with "the man." Once you've been through the Genpact ringer, you'll know how to deal with cold and faceless companies.

      Cons

      They expect more than what they pay for. High turnover rate because they treat and work you like a machine. They know employee's generally only last a year or two, which is why there s a revolving door new hires. They won't go out of their way to keep quality employee's. Quantity over quality at Genpact.

      Good working enviorment, good fellow colleagues, team alwys stands for ech other

      Cons

      Too much of stetch for last 4 months. Have to work for 14 hours on daily basis. Management are"t willing to give holidays .
