Pros

Good pay, and some good staff members.

Cons

This company will work a nurse into the ground and not even think twice. You will manage 15+ patients, plus be expected to take call evenings and weekends. There is also little to no training for any staff members. Everything is done on the fly, forget about taking care of DYING patients, this company is ALL about making money!
