Pays well and it’s a job.

Cons

They expect you to drop everything and come in on your days off with 48 hour notice. People are rude and confrontational. No point in PTO if you can’t take it but then doesn’t pay out PTO as agreed when you leave. Throws you into unpaid on call during holidays.

The patients and caregivers and the local team were amazing! I actually loved the work I was doing.

Cons

No support from leadership. Poor training. Directors held accountable for everything without adequate resources. Rocking the boat, speaking out it standing up for yourself will get you fired.
