      Pros

      Ability to help people with end of life needs. Great coworkers. Nothing else but Glassdoor is making me write more to fill the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. No true training for any position. Not even upper management which makes it hard to communicate issues to them. Corporate seems to only cares only about the almighty buck. Policies not clear and corporate does not help to make them clear. Always short staffed. Never updated on corporate contacts that change. You could email and call person who has been handling things and not know they are no longer with the company for weeks.
