      Pros

      I cannot think of one positive thing to say about this company. It's definitely not a good place to experience true hospice work.

      Cons

      Poor management. Inexperienced hospice leadership!! A joke!! Horrible benefits. Poor customer service. Cookie cutter care provided to dying patients. I became embarrassed to say I worked here.

      Pros

      I honestly can't think of any outside of the fact that I love hospice work and the patients. CURO is poorly run.

      Cons

      Decisions making is far far removed from where the work actually occurs. Expected to work far more than 40 hours for salaried position. Case load is too high. Little to no training provided. Three people in chain of command will give you three different answers to the same question.
