Patients and their families are precious.

Cons

No work life balance! Salaried so they will work you into the ground! Lots of politics! Clickish within company from local to corporate level! On call 3 nights a week and every other weekend and still work all day even if you are out all night! Fake staff members! Promise patients and families what they know they cannot provide! (So basically out right lie to families just to get their business). High turnover rate with Nurses and Directors! Very two faced at all levels! Praise you one minute terminate you the next but cannot give you a legitimate reason or explanation! Poorly operated! They just need warm bodies to fill any position!

Growing company. Comraderie of our regional team is good. In our office and also our nearby offices. All local offices in Atlanta work together to make sure we all succeed Director is great and shows appreciation to the team and is willing to help out whenever possible

Its hard to find good nurses in a timely manner as we grow
