None, corporate did not care about the people who actually maintained the office

Cons

Did not consider that you may have family to take care of. Work was first regardless of outside obligations and then did not want to pay you for the hours overtime you had.

They truly do care about there patients.

Cons

Benefits are way to expensive for such a large company. They is no room for advancement with the company unless you are a nurse. It seems that the nurses get all the glory as if no one else works here and that make morale very low. When things reported to management that are of a ethical nature nothing is ever done they pretend it never happened.
