      Pros

      If you love healthcare, then you at first are going.to love this. Although it is not your typical billing.

      Goals are almost NEVER achievable!!...It is all about the money.

      Pros

      Great pay, good hours, and most weekends off with the exception of being on call. Great team members and experience to hospice work.

      Cons

      Putting lots of wear and tear on your car, little interaction with team, poor communication from management, and lots of "grey" answers when seeking guidance on policies and procedures.

      Pros

      Car if meet mileage criteria, The mission statement is exceptional if only followed Prior to January 2016 the corporate management was supportive; now it's not about taking care of people....just admit them and then it's not your problem

      Cons

      This is hospice. Our leadership has daily calls to intimidate us for not getting enough admissions. Hospice is a personnel decision. We are to 'sale' this service like used cars.
