Pros
Great experience in learning and experiencing care in hospice. Many different locations to be able to find a job.
Cons
Company operates under a budget based staffing and it's very strict down into the individual patient over x amount of days. It's pulling teeth to get the higher ups to approve things like more staff, higher paying rates for CNAs, additional admin support, or additional support when people are on PTO. Corporate greed makes the crew skeleton to rake in money and work employees hard. Unless people are working the absolute maxed out, then there isn't a willingness to budge.
