Micromanaging, upper management doesn’t know what they’re doing, they will do their best not to give raises, terrible training

I received almost no training, and my direct management had unrealistic expectations as to my abilities. I was given very little direction when I started but was expected to just know how to use a completely new EMR and payroll system and expected to know payroll cycles with no previous knowledge or training. It was pretty horrible.
