      One of the largest hospice providers in the nation

      Cons

      very disorganized since merger, not a lot of direction from Executives and they are overwhelmed so not able to properly support staff which has high turnover. Constant lay offs so not much security in position in leadership roles.

      Pros

      Working with families was always great. They really were good about letting you manage yourself.

      Cons

      The company went through a big merger and the company overall didn't have a clear picture of how to handle it. You ended up working against people who were also employed with the company. Turnover was high and with the merger they rushed things quickly which put a lot of pressure on the employees.
