My patients were my only motivation to show up to work every day.

Cons

Has the highest turnover of any place I've ever worked, had four different directors in the 6 months I worked there and 3 different managers, RNs walked off the job twice while I was there and the company did nothing to improve working conditions, expect RNCMs to spend a significant amount of time charting off the clock

Competitive salary with good benefits.

Cons

Work overtime to complete IDG notes or admissions. Due to being salary you do not receive any overtime pay. Demands with admits is stressful.
