Pros
Long-time employees who are still there, who have an abundance of knowledge, continue to care about each other and the patients, and are trying to hang on until the recently acquired new leader is gone.
Cons
Very new leadership trying to take the helm of this large company, but without adequate experience or skills and causing chaos while trying to find scapegoats for her frequent mistakes. Lots of staff reporting harassment, bullying and by insecure leadership.
