PTO is fair, compensation is reasonable. Workload is generally reasonable with some fluctuations

Cons

Poor opportunity for advancement. Management does not recognize work ethic and performance equally - there are favorites. Sales manager is a direct manager for her sister who is in a sales position. Management/Sales positions are not hired from within. Insurance is very expensive.
