Loved my employees. We were like a family. Some flexibility to work remotely on occasion. It was meaningful work.

Cons

Busy, stressful, unrealistic expectations. When the original company was bought out by Gentiva, it became more about the bottom line and money than quality care. Poor work/ life balance.

Working for gentiva is like working with family. Everyone cares about every aspect of the job, their patients, and especially the patients care. I have been blessed to work for such a wonderful company.

Cons

There are always alot of things going on, but we do our best to manage our busy day to day schedule.
