      Pros

      Good benefits, nice work environment, good culture.

      Cons

      Shaky leadership with limited, consistent, direction...very reactive. They seem to operate behind the curve. Our internal sales forces was gutted in 2013. We were rehired before the end of the year. Subsequently, they expanded the sales team with new hires and, one year later, laid off 1 in 3 internals due to limited revenue.

      Lots of confusion & instability

      Pros

      I've worked here for several years, and they've been some of the best years of my career. Good company with a good mission and strong talent. Family friendly, good atmosphere, and professional development is encouraged. Pay and benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Mistakes from the past, undervalued stock, and regular layoffs (among other things) have caused a plethora of serious problems. This environment does not bring out the best in people- and the culture is sliding back to a lack of communication and transparency, and a disconnect between management and talent. When things are feeling chaotic and communication breaks down, the associates who have stuck with the company through the hard times and worked to better things, start feeling cut off and disrespected.

      Pros

      Generous compensation package including days off, tuition reimbursement and a strong commitment to the community.

      Cons

      Have had some challenges with reserve requirements which they continue to overcome but creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and has resulted in layoffs pretty much every year (for the recent last 4-5 years).
