Passionate Start Up with Honest Intent

Pros

Executive team listens and prioritizes all team members equally. Providers and therapists are passionate about their patients. Managers and team members work cohesively. You know that it's right when going to work is a pleasure.

Cons

As with any start up there can be turnover until the right people are in the right place.
