The best company I have ever worked for!
Pros
The clinical care is unmatched! From the top to bottom, everyone truly cares about patients getting the best care. I have seen many providers go above and beyond to ensure this. Other companies I have worked for say their company core values but have not actually followed them. Our executive team really stays true to ours and holds everyone else accountable for them as well. (One team, servant leadership, integrity, accountability, balance and continuous improvement). I feel so respected, valued and heard working at Geode.
Cons
I don't know if it would necessarily be considered a con but because we are still considered a start-up, you have to be able to think on your feet and be flexible. We are a very stable/established company and rapidly growing so don't let that part fool you :)
