This review is about the current leadership within the department:
- Sylos-thinking
- very poor communication within Corporate Controlling team
- very poor people management
- manual processes kept alive since several years with no listening for new ideas with a lot of redundant, inefficient activities
- basically no onboarding process
- undocumented activities, lack of process documentation, preventing knowledge sharing and back-ups in case of problems
- extreme old-style micromanagemen with control of lenght of coffee breaks and entry time imposed by manager w/o respecting HR regulation.
