      Pros

      The pay is decent and lots of overtime. Plus quarterly bonuses and decent insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Dont have very good employee relationships. Consequences on employees for being tardy for 1 minute, missing days for family emergencies, and doctors notes dont count either.

      Pros

      Georg Fischer is a great place to work and there are good opportunities for development if you are willing to apply yourself. There is good work-life balance and as long as you do your job and do it well people won't complain. I am grateful to be surrounded by a very talented group of people, some new hires and some who have been around since the beginning of time it would seem, which creates a good balance of new, innovative ideas and sound knowledge that comes only with experience.

      Cons

      With a number of operations across the world and the United States, it seems at times that each entity is pulling in different directions and communication between the different facilities is disjointed, especially with a lot of newer acquisitions. Senior management could be a bit more transparent as sometimes big decisions are made that seem to come out of the blue.
