      Pros

      Lengthy hiring time of over 8 weeks. Requires a lengthy background check and drug screening for medical marijuana.

      Cons

      Discriminatory hiring practice against disabled veterans. Rescinded offer for pain medication with a drug screening policy that’s stuck in the 80’s. Medication that does not interfere with one’s duties.

      The company is having 200 years of history that is the only pros

      Cons

      Dont waste you time and talent by joining this company. It's tagged to be as MNC, having 200 years of history, but nothing replicate in their managerial activities . Worst thing is there is nothing like HR policies, neither life insurance nor any employee benefits. No one care about your hardwork. Internal politics will ruin life balance. Nothing is there like growth in career. Management take advantage of peoples as infrastructure is being at rural area.
