      JOIN THIS COMAPNY ONLY IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR CAREER. No growth opportunity. No proper HR policies. Zero employee benefits given. No insurance. Employees will work for minimum salary as there are less opportunities in this City. Management doesn't care about employees. You will find frustrated people with job. Lots of internal politics and favoritism. Minimum/ No yearly increment. Egoistic managers who does not do any work at all will keep fighting and gossiping amongst themselves.

      200 years of history, seems appreciate their employees

      Top Management ask you about your honest opinion but you realize later that it was taken against you. Some of their top managers are weak and hesitant to take required decisions Company can not adapt to different cultures, too much North EU culture and not really global culture
