Pros

Perks that come with any corporate gig plus ESOP for folks who stay long term. No one should stay at the Austin office long term.

Cons

Austin office is falling apart at the seams. Turn over is huge. Lots of long time employees who helped keep the place running and the culture what it was have left in the last 8-10 months. Leadership is in shambles. Solution appears to simply keep hiring new warm bodies to fill the empty spaces. Salary isn’t nearly enough for the amount of work required to keep the doors open.

Pros

Competitive pay, good benefits & opportunity to travel. If given the chance and with the right person there is a lot to learn from a lot of hard working people.

Cons

Absolutely worst experience of my 6 year career. Brought on as a second AE and the individual who was in the same role as me was completely self absorbed and unwilling to teach or help in anyway, which would normally not be a problem until Management leaves you with them everyday to “train” and has zero answers for the problems because they are retiring soon. Certain HR individuals acted completely unethically and the politics were not worth the stress or BS, but besides a few of the arrogant, insecure and rude individuals, I met a lot of wonderful people who I still keep in touch with to this day.

Pros

They have many clients and keep you busy. Competitive pay. Good client list and lots of travel. Many of the clients have been with them for years.

Cons

Lots of turnover and upper management are cliquey so you have to figure out how to navigate it or else find yourself looking for another job. Hence the high turnover.
