Very flexible with your schedule and needs. Good benefits and lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

Company is very cheap even though they make a lot of money. They take advantage of cheap labor within the company.

Pros

Good work/life balance depending on time of the year. Tries to improve the work day with little give-a-ways (fruit, snacks, etc)

Cons

Too much micro managing and management trying to do my job. Major lack of communication resulting in double work and assumptions. Under-staffed and under-appreciated.

Pros

Worked in GPJ Singapore for two years. I loved the team that I worked with. Everyone did their job with passion and we always had fun during projects. We were a great team! The benefit I would say was quite good, decent bonus and salary.

Cons

It got too tiring, work life balance was really poor.
