      Pros

      Team-based work environment, flexible hours, school work comes first, exposure to and opportunity to collaborate with multiple healthcare providers. Always a joyful work experience from top to bottom, supervisors to coworkers.

      Cons

      Little ability to increase pay, regardless of amount of time worked or previous experience. Would benefit from scheduled raises after certain periods of time.

      Pros

      Culture of learning and growth is open to everyone. Some very high caliber, hard working people interested in excellence and service.

      Cons

      Different departments have different levels of funding and support even though everyone works towards the same overall goals and that fosters a social hierarchy and superiority and inferiority complexes.
