Pros

Work from home, friendly staff (mostly)

Cons

Complete lack of flexibility, most all teacher autonomy taken away, students are tested far too much and expected to follow a brick and mortar-style “bell schedule,” even though everything is virtual. Highest levels of admin have little/no respect for teacher input.
