So rewarding - you really see the impact you have on your students! For those kids who can't/don't want to attend BAM, we offer the most amazing opportunities. Most of the supervisors are so understanding about flex time!

Cons

The salary is lower than most school systems around, but it's worth it since you don't have to drive in to work everyday and purchase work clothes and pay for full time childcare. It's a TON of work, but not more than you do in BAM!
