Pros

Working from home Fair Pay Great Co-Workers Benefits are Amazing!! Even though you work from home, you feel as though you can leave work, at work most days.

Cons

Not being able to bond face to face with co-workers. Training can be difficult if you are not a computer person. As the school continues to grow(YAY) changes take effect and they are not always done so in a way that meets all departments equally and correctly.
